Ozymandias Jr. is the son of Adrian Viedt. Unlike his father, he has actual super powers (enhanced strength, durability) thanks to the Ankh of Life, a talisman that the original Ozymandias nearly died fighting the ghost of King Tut for. He is currently involved in a romantic relationship with the Comedienne. In his alter ego of Michael Veidt, he oversees his father's company, Veidt Corp.

Born as Misha Trelinkov to Adrien Veidt's secret mistress, he grew up blissfully unaware of his father or his birthrights.

Despite not being a necessity, Ozymandias Jr has an impressive arsenal of lethal and non-lethal weaponry at his command.
Among these are the famed Pharaohrangs, used to kill Blight-Owl. He gets around New New York with the Golden Chariot, pulled by mutant clones of Bubastis.
