A reoccurring Joke villain throughout Watchmex, Alberta Clipper (William Carn) is typically played upon for laughs as his main powers are simply the ability to control cattle and create fossilized bones with his mental abilities. He also apparently gets more powerful in shopping malls (the bigger the better he says) but this overall hasn't stopped him from being taken down by Silk Spectre on more than one occasion.
Alberta Clipper was used in a serious plot event during the Blight-Owl arc, however. Showing off that his powers, while laughable at times, can be truly devastating, he took out the entire city of Lethbridge Alberta with a huge stampede of Buffalo. Fans have, however, pointed out that he had the Watch Belt on at the time which could be the source of his strange competence.
